About ShapeMorph
ShapeMorph is a free physics merge puzzle for iPhone and Android, made by a two-person team in France. You drop geometric shapes into a board; two identical shapes that touch fuse into the next tier. There are ten tiers, from the circle to the Mega Octagon. The run ends when the stack rests above the red line for three seconds.

What makes it different
- Aim matters. You rotate the next shape in 15° steps before you drop it.
- Combos are timed. Merges chained inside a 1.2-second window multiply the score. Fusing two Mega Octagons is a jackpot worth 5,000 points.
- Leaderboards pay out every day. The Ranked mode gives two free attempts a day. At 00:00 UTC the worldwide Top 100 is paid automatically in N'Joy, the in-game currency.
- A weekly tournament. Finish in the worldwide daily Top 100 on any weekday and you are qualified for Sunday's Pro Tournament: one attempt, no consumables, purse of 5,000 N'Joy for the champion, 3,000 for second, 2,000 for third, 1,000 down to tenth, and 50 for every participant.
- Scores are verified server-side. A score the server refuses is not silently kept.
- No pay-to-win. The shop sells skins, arenas, sound sets and shaker packs. Shakers are consumables that only work in Standard mode; they are disabled in Ranked, Challenge and the Pro Tournament. Nothing bought changes a competitive score.
The four modes
Standard is the free-form mode with shakers allowed. Ranked is two free attempts a day, best score kept, one worldwide board. Challenge lets a player open a private board for N'Joy and share a six-character code; the prize pool grows with every player who joins. Pro Tournament runs on Sundays for qualified players only.
N'Joy, the in-game currency
N'Joy has no cash value and is earned by playing: the daily Lucky Wheel, a login streak that pays more each day, fresh daily quests, 95 achievements, and a referral bonus for both the referrer and the friend. It buys cosmetics and shakers, and pays the entry of a Challenge.
Practical facts
- Free to download on the App Store and on Google Play.
- Playable without an account in Standard mode; an account is required for Ranked, Challenge and the Pro Tournament, because those modes write to worldwide leaderboards.
- Six languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Simplified Chinese.
- Ads: an interstitial between some games, and optional rewarded ads for extra attempts. No ad ever grants a score advantage.
- A colour-blind mode shows the tier number on every shape.
- Live worldwide leaderboards are public on this site.
